Q: How long are my photos going to be online?

For as long as you want! We are proud to be one of the only sites that offer this service, because we know how nice it is to be able to look at your photos years after the ceremony. We won't remove your photos unless you tell us you don't want them online anymore.

Q: How will I let my friends and family know about my online wedding album?

As the couple, you will have access to a special section of the website that will allow you to compose a greeting and send out email invites to anyone you wish! All visits will be logged so you can see how many unique visitors you have had, plus you'll see exactly who has visited from your invite list.

Q: How can I add captions to my album photos?

By accessing your couple section, you can arrange your photos, create different sections in your album, type in captions for your photos, and more! Once you sign up, we'll give you a login that you'll use to do so.

Q: Why do reprints cost what they do?

A few things to mention here. For actual photos, we use the original photographer to develop your reprints, so we abide by their pricing. So if there are different photographers in a an album, you could see different prices between photographs!

On the specialty items like a T-Shirt, we outsource the creation of these products and only do a modest markup to cover our labor. The bottom line is, we're a small company and it is hard for us to get good prices unless we order bulk (which is hard, unless everyone wants the same T-Shirt with the same picture).

Q: Are the quality of the photos I see the same as a reprint?

No, the image you see on the screen is at much lower resolution than the real thing.

Q: Why can't I view a really big version of an image?

Due to these photos being the property of the respective photographers, we only show a lower resolution image on the website. But if you order a reprint, you'll get a much higher resolution picture of course!
